From Tuesday to Friday: 11.00am - 2.00pm and 5.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturdays and Sundays 11.00am - 8.00pm
Mondays: closed (unless this coincides with a public holiday)
The ticket office will remain open until half an hour before closing time.
The weekly free day, usually on Monday, can exceptionally be moved. See 2021 opening calendar.
The Museum will be closed these days: january 1, New Year day; january 6, Epiphany; april 28, Saint Prudence holiday; august 5, White Virgin holiday; december 25, Christmas day.
Library and Documentation Centre
Monday to Friday: 11am – 2pm and 4pm – 7.30pm
2022 Virgen Blanca Vitoria-Gasteiz city festival: August 4 closed; 8 and 9, closed in the afternoon
Christmas: January 5 closed in the afternoon

- The museum provides prams for children and wheelchairs for visiting the galleries of the museum. These can be requested in the cloakroom.
