VIII ENCOUNTER OF DOCUMENTATION CENTRES OF CONTEMPORARY ART:

OPEN LINKED DATA AND INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION IN CULTURAL CENTRES

Artium, Vitoria-Gasteiz, (Basque Country), october 19th and 20th

The purpose of this Encounter is to reflect on, discuss and share experiences related to Semantic Web technologies, ontologies, open linked data and information management from the perspective of cultural centres.

We actually found ourselves facing a new way of showing heritage which enables information services to share, bind together and reuse their information via the Internet, providing users with much more complex and enriching search experiences.
