Artistic practice is the core of the programme, which promotes research, production, perception and critical work. With a duration of 8 weeks, it is articulated on the basis of pedagogical proposals designed by artists for artists. The teaching staff of JAI is defined annually on the basis of the exhibition programmes of Tabakalera and Artium Museoa.

The 2025 edition of the Institute of Artistic Practices - JAI will take place between 2 July and 22 August at the venues of the organisations behind the project.
