This project involves the Museum suggesting to various colleagues, artists, curators, critics, mediators and audiences of Artium that they select a work from the Collection and define their own hashtags for it.
The initiative aims to raise awareness about the value of the artistic works contained in Artium’s exceptional contemporary public Collection, comprising almost 2,400 works of art. The main bulk of which primarily encompasses works produced from the 1950s to the present day.
This unique Collection defines the Museum’s task as a key amenity for approaching artistic practices within the context of the Basque Country and Spain in general.
#HashtagsforaCollection is part of the #ArtiumConnectedMuseum project.
